With years of combined experience in counseling, legal support, social work, and caregiving, our mission is rooted in advocacy, rehabilitation, and sustainable community empowerment.Founded in 2022 by our CEO, Angelique Moses, Rehoboth Safe Haven was born from a place of deep personal pain and purpose. A survivor of gender based violence and having lost childhood friends to domestic abuse, Angelique envisioned a safe space where healing, hope, and dignity are restored. At Rehoboth, we believe in a just society where every individual regardless of their background is safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.We provide personalized, reliable services including:

• Mental health counseling and trauma recovery

• Legal aid and victim advocacy

• Safe shelter and transitional housing

• Addiction recovery and vocational training
